Refund policy

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged in transit. All other prints, books, and products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. In the case of prints, a detailed condition report is included in the shipment.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 2 days of delivery at charukaarora23@gmail.com. Kindly share clear, detailed images of the damaged packaging and artwork taken during the unpacking process.

If you notice any serious damage to the outer package at the time of delivery, please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately at charukaarora23@gmail.com.

For approved damage claims, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of confirmation. Please note that refund requests without sufficient proof or delayed intimation will not be considered.
